I had a decent stay overall at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, but it had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right at the base of the mountain with the ski lifts just outside. However, the layout of the resort is super confusing, and we faced some issues with unexpected fees that caught us off guard.

Rooms

The room was cozy with a kitchenette, but it felt a bit outdated. Having a separate sitting area was nice, though the B units seemed small for spreading out.

The service was friendly, and I appreciated the text assistance from the front desk. But dealing with the concierges was tricky since they weren't available during my early days there.

I loved the food at The Edge Restaurant-definitely a highlight. However, the coffee counter in the lobby didn't have much variety, and the Starbucks wasn't great due to long lines and limited staffing.
Facilities
6.0
There were plenty of amenities, like ski rentals and a relaxing adult pool, but the common areas felt a bit neglected and could use a better layout.

The amenities were fantastic, making it a comfortable spot for a ski trip, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful. However, navigating the property was sometimes confusing, and I noticed some facilities could use maintenance. Overall, it's a great choice with excellent amenities, but a little more organization would improve the experience.

I had an enjoyable 5-day stay at this resort. The facilities were great, especially the skier service which made getting to the slopes a breeze, and the shuttle service to Main Street made it convenient to get groceries without a car. My studio room was spacious and came with a kitchenette, but the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could have been better. The adult pool area was luxurious and quiet, while the family pools were a fun experience, despite a few long walks to access them.

I had a mixed experience at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. The resort itself was stunning, and my one-bedroom villa with a fireplace and jacuzzi was absolutely beautiful. However, the service was often hit or miss, with staff lacking knowledge about basic ski logistics and inconsistent housekeeping. Overall, while I loved the location and amenities, some improvements in service would make it truly really good.
