Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, Park City

I recently enjoyed my stay at Westgate and found it to be quite nice overall. The amenities were fantastic, making it a comfortable spot for a ski trip, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful. However, navigating the property was sometimes confusing, and I noticed some facilities could use maintenance. Overall, it’s a great choice with excellent amenities, but a little more organization would improve the experience.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the close access to the slopes. The room was very comfortable with a hot tub and kitchen, perfect for our family. However, the layout of the complex was quite confusing, and I found myself lost several times, which detracted from the overall experience. The amenities, especially the spa, were great, but the organization could use some improvement.

I had an enjoyable 5-day stay at this resort. The facilities were great, especially the skier service which made getting to the slopes a breeze, and the shuttle service to Main Street made it convenient to get groceries without a car. My studio room was spacious and came with a kitchenette, but the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, could have been better. The adult pool area was luxurious and quiet, while the family pools were a fun experience, despite a few long walks to access them.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the facilities were fun and engaging, and the staff was accommodating, I faced some challenges with the layout and room conditions. The smell in the hallways and my room was off-putting at first, but we adapted. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its flaws.
